Congressman Kim to Hold Telephone Town Hall
on Coronavirus Response
WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) announced that he will be holding a telephone town hall on Wednesday, April 8th at 5pm to provide an update on the ongoing efforts to contain the Coronavirus pandemic and respond to the economic impact it has had on New Jersey’s working families. Rob Asaro-Angelo, Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development will join to answer questions about programs aimed at helping working New Jerseyans through this crisis.
“Over the past weeks, I’ve answered hundreds of questions from our neighbors across Burlington and Ocean Counties about this pandemic and the tough economic times so many are going through. This telephone town hall is aimed at making sure you have all the information you need to stay safe and access the critical resources available to working people and small businesses,” said Congressman Kim. “While I wish I could see people from our community at my monthly in-person town halls, we will continue to hold these virtually as long as there’s a public health risk posed by this virus.”
